Windows 11 errors on loadup

First off, love the new Windows 11! But I have developed four errors on startup I could use some help in clearing.

Equipment: Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM, 64bit, 512GB NTFS SSD

Here are the four dll errors:
Bad Image, error 0xc0000020. Not designed to run on Windows or file contains error
Files\WindowsApps\MicrosoftTeams_21253.510.996.1465_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe\
**all four have same path **

WebView2Loader.dll
Sqlite3.dll
2lib1.dll
VCRUNTIME140_1.dll

I do admit to having old software like Adobe CS5 and Adobe Pro 9 as I can’t afford newer versions, however, I will dump what I have to to get Win 11 stable. My hardware is new and fast and I am willing to dump any legacy software, but no where does it tell me what to get rid of.

What I have done:
Admin CMD Prompt: SFC /scannow – returned 100% no errors
Deleted all old Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and went to MS site and download most recent.
Updated all ADOBE CS5
UPDATED MS 365 suite (subscription)

Can anyone help please??? I want it all to work. Thanks in advance!

After much research, and ignoring the typical MS canned reply to "Reinstall a clean copy" and "Format and install a clean copy" I found the issue of the 4 errors are directly attributable to the MS collaborative software called "Microsoft Teams." This was software installed (I suspect) when I installed Office 365 suite to which I subscribe. "MS Teams" (on Microsoft's sites) is described as a collaborative software enabling the sharing of documents and files between team members on a project. I have never used it, but it got installed in my startup file. Solution: SImply remove "Microsoft Teams" from your startup file and the 4 Win 11 startup errors are gone. These errors had NOTHING to do with the legacy software described above (in my orignal question) from Adobe, but the drive needed this houskeeping anyway so I deleted Adobe CS5 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 in hope that was the issue. HOWEVER, this is NOT a permanent solution to the issue. I am hoping MS addresses the compatibility issues between "MS Teams" and Win 11 in a future update so "MS Teams" can be returned to the startup file and be used as described. Hopefully a knowledgeable tech will see this a forward it up the chain as I can't believe I am the only one. PS: I so far love win 11. Seems FASTER which is what a user wants to see from an upgrade, and it has some great options which I will actually use! Hopefully this saves someone the hours I spect researching this!

    Hi @CowboyFive7 ,

Considering you have removed the legacy software's that are related to these four services

    WebView2Loader.dll
    Sqlite3.dll
    2lib1.dll
    VCRUNTIME140_1.dll

The only option we have left out would be a In place upgrade or a clean install . I would suggest you to perform a clean install , this will sort the issue for once and all

Before uninstalling the old program, you may try run them in compatibility mode , take a look at:

Note that the article is for the Windows 10 but steps are similar in the Windows 11.
