    Hello @MS Techie ,

    Yes, you cannot create an Azure Active Directory tenant using PowerShell or CLI as of today. You can only create a new tenant/directory through the Azure portal.

    Thanks for the post. You cant leverage PowerShell without Setting up the tenant.

    You need to use Azure portal to setup the tenant and access.
