SharePoint - Configure hybrid search on premise server - 2016

I want to implement hybrid search configuration on 2016 SharePoint server.
I followed the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/hybrid/configure-cloud-hybrid-searchroadmap to check prerequisite on my server. I head over to Office 365 and using farm admin account to run SharePoint hybrid configuration wizard but SharePoint hybrid search some feature are not available for selection. Check below snap :

I want to understand the root cause of this issue that why all the options are disabled ? Am I missing anything here ? Any help would be really appreciated.

    I can reproduce this issue in my end. To solve this issue, you should run SharePoint hybrid configuration wizard as administrator.
