Hi All,
Our SHIR is not unavailable anymore . When i went further to see what the issue , it says NODE is offline. Can someone please advice?

I would have 2 more questions in order to be sure of everything:

Does the SHIR become offline or unresponsive when this is happening?

Have you done any upgrades on the SHIR version since the issue started to show? Can you please confirm what is the SHIR version at the moment? If it is an old version and you have not make any upgrades lately, can you upgrade to the latest version?

SHIR is offline period.

It has not been upgraded in a while . its 4.2.7233.1
