Looking for help on how to enable email inbox to an Azure AD tenant
Attachments: Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.
What is your goal for this? You can only manage mail-enabled security groups using Office 365 or Exchange. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/active-directory-manage-groups
You can't mail-enable a cloud-only user, but you also do not need to mail-enable your users for them to receive notifications. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/office-365/enable-mailuser-for-cloud-only-users/m-p/158362
