Having issue to get notify when more then 1 event created in calendar in 10 seconds interval

Hi,
I am having issue to get notification when more then 1 event created in 10 seconds of interval.
I have setup webhook when new event created in calendar. My webhook not triggering when i create more then 1 event in 10 seconds of interval. If create only 1 event then it triggered.
I am using ms office api.

Also specify if this is persistent and if it happens for more than one user. I have tested this and received all 5 events created with unto 2 seconds difference.
