Hello,

I am getting a hardware problem error with a problem event name "LiveKernelEvent" and a code of 144 as above.

My PC will random freeze and i need to force restart my pc only will back to normal.

Is there anyone that can help me out for the following issue?

My PC Spec as below:

Windows 10 PRO.
CPU-AMD RYZEN 7 5800X
GPU-Asus ROG Strix RTX 3080
2x8GB-16GB RAM

Since when this problem started?

This issue occur randomly. I have no idea when it started.
For screen freeze issue mostly it happen when I'm using for Google Chrome.
I had never face this issue will gaming.

What hardware was connected via USB at the time of the livekernelevent?

The error LiveKernelEvent 144 is usually related to graphics card driver.
To resolve your concern, we suggest that you update your graphics card driver.

Also, Please disable any Antivirus you may have for temporary purpose.

I had upgrade the graphic card driver to the latest version & also tried to reinstall the driver. But the issue still persist.
