HI, I am looking for a way to set the GAL as the default address list, instead of offline GAL. I know how to do it per user, but is there a way to do it so all users are defaulted to only the GAL? Thanks again.

Not sure I understand. The Offline Address Book is simply the cached versions of the GAL.

The Global Address List is a recipient filter and only available online.

    Hi @DeRossi, Adam

From your description, do you mean the users are running Exchange cached mode in Outlook which uses the Offline Global Address List by defaul, and you would like to change the default address book to GAL below for all users?

If this is the case, as far as I know this is a client-side settings so I am afraid it's not feasilble to make the change for all users as an administrator.
