I can not download my certificate for my Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate

Hi, recently I completed my certification exam, and now I can see in the certification section, but when I try to preview or download the pdf, I received next error "We're having trouble generating your Certificate. Please try again. If you continue to experience problems please contact Customer Support." this certification was since October 16th, can you help me in this, regards

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
