What Table associates the Manual Activities to Service Requests?

I am trying to build a custom report, but i cannot seem to find a way to tie the dbo.ActivityDimvw to the dbo.ServiceRequestDimvw. I tried a join on the column EntityDimKey and that did not work. I tried looking BaseManagedEntityId and that did not match. I have been trying for 2 days now. All I need is the Contactmethod column to be brought over into the servicerequestdimvw. This is needed because the Contactmethod for the MA in the ActivityDimvw is different than the Contactmethod on the ServiceRequestDimvw even though the information is there on the SR.

The zip file contains the DWDataMart.vsd , the schema of the SCSM data warehouse. It's an older version but maybe it helps to find the information you are looking for.
