Error in Copy data in ADF with Eloqua connector

Hello,
I am trying to extract data from an Oracle Eloqua API using the data factory connector. I setted up the dataset and i can reach the tables, select one, and preview the datas.
But when trying to use the dataset as a source in a copy data activity, i get this error:
Error code 2200
Failure type User configuration issue
Details
Failure happened on 'Source' side. ErrorCode=UserErrorOdbcOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][Eloqua] (60) API Connection Failed (Unauthorized Access). Does anyone ever used succesfully this connector ? or faced this kind of error ?
is it possible to be able to connect and preview datas but still get Unauthorized Access error ?
The connector is still at preview phase, is it usable / functionnal ?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for posting your query.
This issue seems strange. Could you please confirm what integration runtime you are using in you linked service? And also could you please confirm if your Eloqua has any ip restrictions ? For immediate assistance on this issue I would recommend you to please file a support ticket as this connector is in Preview and this error message could be misleading as your were able to preview data using the connector. One possible root cause I could think of is that the issue could be related to firewall issue.
