update agent readiness

lot of servers in azure under update agent readiness shows as disconencted. The troubleshooter is all green. No issues from network end. in MS SMA event log i see below error

Can you help me understand what exactly is your use case scenario like what are you trying to do and what is giving error? What is showing up as disconnected?
