Change Dialog Position using Office dialog API

How we can change the position of the Dialog which opened using Office dialog API in Office Add-ins.

Dialog option we can set the height and the width, is it possible to give the x, y co-ordinates where we need to open the dialog.

can we remove the tool bar for the opened dialog.
