About MS-100 certification exam renewal

We passed Microsoft's MS-100 certification exam on November 18, 2019. Since it will be two years soon, we would like to know how to extend the validity period of certification.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with certification renewal in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
