On Windows it should be installed by default but if not you can download it from the Microsoft Store.
From there search Mail and Calendar then install it.
Once installed launch then press the settings icon then Manage accounts add an account Select Yahoo and Login.
In Mail Settings > Manage Accounts > Add Account
