Force img0 as the background and keep dynamic resolution selection

How can we force users via GPO to the default background image, img0, and still allow windows to automatically choose the best background for the users resolution using the images in the C:\Windows\Web\4K\Wallpaper\Windows folder.

Because I think if I for the background to img0 via GPO it would auto select. Maybe I am wrong.

    You can configure windows desktop background using GPO via User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop > Desktop
    THe wallpaper style dropdown menu allows you to choose the option "Fill" where it will fit the screen
