Need Case number and support number created for me

I was connected to Anshuman for my verification before exam but due to network glitch I was given with a Case number and the microsoft support number to reschedule the exam but as soon as the call disconnected the chat was disconnected as well before i could take down the case number or the support number.

Need Case number and support number created for me for taking Azure AZ- 900 exam
