Hi! I've just got my 14-inch M1 Pro MacBook Pro. All the other Office 365 apps are working except Microsoft Teams. When I click on the app icon it starts jumping and almost immediately stops without opening any windows. Has anyone had any similar issues?

Hello @Dmitry Kayutenko and welcome to Q&A.

I am personally not experiencing this, however, I can imagine perhaps this is caused by the fact that the application is not yet 'optimized for M1'. During the installation of Teams, it should have prompted you to install Rosetta. Did you accept this and is Rosetta installed on your device?

If Rosetta is correctly installed, I would suggest checking if there's already a local Teams client cache folder and clear it, then try again.

Here is the solution, that worked for me :
When you’re using Teams on a device running macOS, please follow the instructions below:

    Quit Microsoft Teams
Open Finder and navigate (⇧⌘G) to the ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams folder
Delete the contents of this folder
    Restart Microsoft Teams
