Don't display generals templates in visual studio when using xamarin.

Downloaded visual studio. Installed development in c# and xamarin. When trying to follow the instructions for developing an application on xamarin(1st screenshot), I came across a problem. I don't display templates, including the templates I need from visual c# like on 1st screenshot. Installed the necessary packages, console application .net framework started showing all the templates(2nd screenshot), but when I work on a project with xamarin, nothing is displayed(3rd screenshot). What should I do?
