SQL Server Automatic Vulnerability Scans Stopped

Our SQL Server automatic Vulnerability scans stopped running a few weeks back. I checked the storage account and all the settings look good including the SQL Server enterprise application having the Storage Blob Data Contributor role. If I manually run scans on a database within the same SQL Server it runs fine and the results end up in the storage container as expected. I tried creating and testing with a second storage account and I am having the same issue. Any help is appreciated

If the same issue occurs I will suggest to open a support ticket so we can better troubleshoot.
