Are other updates installing? Are the devices reporting back a successful scan status?
O365 Apps not updating through SCCM since version 2104
we are updating our O365 apps through SCCM, we noticed that nothing is updated after 2104. we are using monthly enterprise channel. I can see newer updates on sccm under Office 365 updates such as 2107, 2108, but when deployed to a machines it didn't get deployed not even downloading or detecting the update. its not showing as required on the software updates. I noticed that the update package such as update 2107/2108 has no machines showing as required all of them showing unknown, despite 2104 released on April and how come its not requiring any update since then.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.An Unknown update state means the device(s) haven't successfully scanned against the WSUS server or haven't been able to report the scan results to the Configuration Manager site.
We may start from checking the WuaHander.log on client to see if there any error message.
