Hello MS, I just updated to windows 11. Icon/Text size on the left-hand side of file explorer (Quick Access..etc) appear very small and I can seem to increase the size of font text/icon by any means including tweaking registry. I have a 4K laptop display (Laptop monitor not external). How can you change the size for the icons and text to be consistent with the right hand-side of the file explorer?. Please read the question carefully and if needed twice before pointing me to click on View -> Large Icons etc.

I'm having a similar issue except with font far too large. Please see the attached image. I have 3 displays, the laptop display (4k) , and two external monitors (one 1080p, one 1440p).Screenshot 2023-05-16 104001.png

I have the same problem as Morgan's. Font in (left) navigation pane is disproportionately large.
No way out, except turning file-explorer off and restart it. It's a random bug, though agitating enough.

Microsoft just doesn't care...
Actually their newest "inventions" make overall user experience terrible and distracts focus... Annoying OS and software...
