This must sort the issue.
Open the registry editor (Start > Run > type regedit.exe and press Enter)
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Print Processors\winprint in registry editor.
Check for existence of Driver key. If it does not exist, add new string value named Driver and set it equal to winprint.dll.
Restart the Print Spooler service
