Need some utility to check and remove all bad and harmful certs.

Hello dears!
I have an suspision that iam installet some bad certs as root trusted. and other.
I want to check all of them and know what need to remove.
Is there some utility for that?

Yersterday i research 2 hours sites like digisert etc but they give smth like that FOR CUSTOMERS.
Iam not. I have not any ssl / etc cert own.

I"am using Win 7 pro x64 all updates.
(but sometimes "it" see self like win 2021/18 R server... /facepalm
