1.How to migrate from SQL db to Azure synapse.

Any specific reason you want to migrate using ADF ?
In order to migrate your SQL DB to Azure Synapse Analytics, you need to plan your migration including schema and data assessment to ensure it is compatible with Azure Synapse. Also, in order to migrate your data you need to look into Migrate your data documentation.
Additionally, dedicated SQL Pools support various loading methods include BCP, SQLBulkCopy API however Polybase external tables and the Copy statement are much faster and scalable way to load the data.Please refer to the migration guide for details.
