DP-300: Administering Relational Databases (i didn't found my Certificate)

I Couldn't get my certificate. How can I download my certificate (PDF)? . I am see empty page for this link (https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate)

You can download the Microsoft certificates from the dashboard over here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

Also note that Microsoft Certification is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.
