I am Abhishek Giri,

I have one another Dell laptop (Vostro 15-3568) Window 11 pro in this laptop fan and display issue while power on mode
Display is not on and fan is not working during power on mode.

    Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    Try open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
