In Group Policy Editor under Computer or User Configuration - Administrative Templates: We no longer have folders such as "Control Panel, Windows Components, etc.
Only folders listed are:

If not can you check on the DC what you have in the policyDefinitions folder (Default path C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions) ?
Yes, when we decided to add the templates for Edge, I created a Central Store by creating the PolicyDefinitions folder under C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain\Policies on our Domain Controller and added the "msedge.admx" & "msedge.adml" files to this folder. But after doing that, we no longer have access to folders which existed under Administrative Templates in Group Policy Editor. For example, one of our GPOs for IE browser settings was under: "Software\Policies\Policies\Microsoft\WIndows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMapKey" which I can no longer modify.
One question, if I remove the "PolicyDefinitions" folder will the other folders re-appear. Thanks for your reply.
Ok so you should copy the existing PolicyDefinitions folder you have locally into your central store
Yes, to resolve this I had to copy my previous templates which were located at: C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions into the new Central Store which I created at: C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinitions.
