Form recognizer - Drivers license verification Florida

I am using Form recognizer studio as well as a c# application to validate my own drivers license (Florida). I used 3.X and latest 4.X Beta versions. Neither of these versions are able to extract the information correctly.

Drivers license in FL includes a prefix of "1" in front of last name, "2" in front of first name and "3" in front of the address. Version 3.X picks up this number as part of the text. So my address becomes "3491 main street", but in reality it should be "491 main street". Further the extracted zip code is also wrong.

The confidence level is low for most of the fields. The image is in JPG format and quite clear. Has anyone else experiencing the same issue?. Are there any workarounds to increase the confidence level?

Thank you for the update. As mentioned, I am still having issues with the engine. It is not parsing my own drivers license information correctly. Can your team take a look at it and see what the issue is?. My users are local government offices and there is a significant demand to have this feature ASAP. Appreciate feedback
