Why cant i view passed certifications on certification dashboard?

I took MD 101 in September and im still unable to view the certificate. I need the certificate PDF for a job? Wjat do i need to do? HELP

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
