Request for AzureCertificate PDF, which I dont find in my account details.

Hi Team,

Its passed more than 8 days now, and I do not find the certificate details for the Azure certification I have done. I kindly request the team to check the issue and merge all the MSIDs if got different for the same email account.Please help here, because I am struggling to receive the certificate which I have cleared.@Madhuri Tandale
