Dear All,
I have a VMware server Vsphere 7 which install 2 DC (Windows 2019 Std)
PDC is OK but the 2nd DC (with file server )suddenly restart twice in this month.
It was no problem before( from Nov.2019 to last month)
But it auto restart at 14/Oct and 29/Oct
I find the event log that :
The process wininit.exe has initiated the restart of computer DC2 on behalf of user for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found
Reason Code: 0x50006
Shutdown Type: restart
Comment: The system process 'C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741816. The system will now shut down and restart.
What is the problem?

Jim W-CSISD 6 Reputation points2022-11-03T13:03:36.717+00:00 Did you ever figure this out? I'm in literally the exact same situation, with the exception that the most recent update installed (2.5 weeks ago) is "2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 for x64-based Systems (KB5018419)".
Server 2019 Standard non-PDC domain controller running on a VMware ESXi v6.5 GA host managed by a vCenter Server 7.0 U3c server.
Identical event log entry.
