next day in windows update i not found windows 11 download option

Hi I got the option to update to windows 11 in windows update section when i am update it my net is lagging so i am unable to update .But next day I not found any option to update and it shows that your pc meet the requirement

For upgrade problems you can perform an in place upgrade repair with a Windows 11 iso.

Before the upgrade uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption

If there is any failure performing the in place upgrade repair then run setupdiag and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.
