How can we get all events when a person puts a call to phone system ?

Hello experts,

I'm investigating on how can I get all events relate to a call from beginning when a person puts a call to Phone System to end of the call. I have tried to use calling bot (but caller must place a Teams call to the bot), change notifications (we only get callRecord parameters, not call events like incoming, establishing, established, terminated, ...).
So what techniques I should follow to receive all events of a call ? I need to trace all states of a call.
