Error during on premise network creation

Hi,

I'm attempt to create environnement for deploying a windows 365 cloud pc and i'm stuck when i'm create the on premise network, i've an error said me the Azure AD are not synced =>

Azure AD device sync : Error

all other fields are passed, but when 'im looking in my azure domain service my active directory are already synced.

Synchronisation avec Azure AD Synchronisé le mar., 02 nov. 2021 09:03:52 UTC.

perhaps i've missed one configuration step, anyone has encountered this problem ?

When it comes to your sync error, are you able to share the full error message or screenshot of what you're seeing, so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?

i've not enable ad connect because we doesn't need local active directory synchronization, we have only one user in our azure ad and this one need cloud pc license assignement. Where can i find more information on this kind of error ?

Based off your error message, it looks like you'll need to enable Azure AD Device Sync in order to deploy Windows 365.

How're you deploying your windows 365 cloud pc, are you following any documentation for this?

Can you share all the steps you're using to create your Windows 365 Cloud PC and on-prem network?

I also found some documentation to create an on-premises network connection, and based off the troubleshooting documentation, this looks like it might be related to Microsoft Endpoint Manager, so I've added the tags to this thread so their community can take a look at this issue as well.

Hi James, i'm following this procedure : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/enterprise/deployment-overview and i'm stuck in step 2

i've one user, and assign license to him.

i've created a virtual network

i've create an azure ad domain service and affect dns ip to virtual network

i've create an group resource

and after i'm trying to create the onpremise network befor creating deployment policies

i've also tested this with a personal domain name instead of subdomain on onmicrosoft.com and throwing same issue

Azure AD Device Sync is always required to deploy Windows 365 cloud pc or it's for specific configuration (perhaps i've misconfigured an option) ?
