According to the WindowsAppSDK issue, It seems the UIAccess doesn’t work.

Generally in wpf application, we can achieve the overlay functionality by mentioning the below in app.manifest.
<requestedExecutionLevel level="asInvoker" uiAccess="true"/>Is there any way to implement the same as above using the WinUI3?
If there is no way to implement overlay using WinUI3, Please let me know.
