HI
Generally in wpf application, we can achieve the overlay functionality by mentioning the below in app.manifest.
<requestedExecutionLevel level="asInvoker" uiAccess="true"/>

Is there any way to implement the same as above using the WinUI3?

If there is no way to implement overlay using WinUI3, Please let me know.

Regards,
Sunil

According to the WindowsAppSDK issue, It seems the UIAccess doesn’t work.

Hi
Could you please share the sample project which uses compactoverlay presenter or overlapped presenter.

For C++ WinUI3 project, Adding UIAccess manifest file is the same way as normal C++ project.

Benefitted from your another question, You can SetPresenter CompactOverlayPresenter in order to create an "always on top" window except It is a fixed size window, with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
