Hi All

I am using Office365 E5 license. i am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. we have thousands of shared mailboxes. some are created in onprem and migrated to cloud, some are created as remote shared mailboxes from onprem. I want to pull all the shared mailboxes which have Office365 licenses assigned to them. Experts guide me how to pull this report.

Connect to Azure AD first: Connect-MsolService

Then you could use command below to check them:

Get-MsolUser -Synchronized -Verbose | where{$_.MSExchRecipientTypeDetails -eq "34359738368" -and $_.isLicensed -eq $true}

i have used the below syntax i am not getting the output

Get-MsolUser -MaxResults 20000 -Synchronized -Verbose | where{$.MSExchRecipientTypeDetails -eq "34359738368" -and $.isLicensed -eq $true} | export-csv c:\temp\output.csv -NoTypeInformation

is it not possible to mention E5 license something like $_.isLicensed -eq SPE_E5

Do not change it:

If there still no output, it means there no such shared mailbox in your organization.

is it not possible to mention E5 license something like $_.isLicensed -eq SPE_E5

You could use "Get-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName ******@v-kexu.msftonlinelab.com | fl isLicensed" to check it.
