Registry loses changes after restart / Windows 11

Hello to the community,

I would like to change a registry entry at a certain point (StuckRects3) in order to adapt the behavior of my taskbar.

The change itself can be carried out as an admin via regedit without any problems, and the reopening of the registry still shows the adjustment.

Then I restart explorer.exe in the task manager or the entire computer and everything is reset again!

Since this function still worked shortly after installing Windows 11, but no longer, it is even more inexplicable why it could be.

I'm at the end of my ideas, I didn't find a similar problem when searching the forums, so the question is here now.

Thx

Jürgen

It seems registry modification is not getting supported there. Use the Feedback app to share your feedback.

    Hello,
See this thread for what seems to be an explanation as to why it's happening.
