Custom Provider Sample (SampleV2CredentialProvider) doesn't work

Question

Hello,
I want to set up a custom credential provider to replace the Windows login with a user and a password by a validation on a mobile application.
To start I tried to implement the example proposed here: https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-classic-samples/tree/main/Samples/CredentialProvider
I performed the same actions indicated in @hyeyeon-9378's post

Unfortunately nothing happens.
