how to dial a Chinese phone number in Microsoft Teams?

I have a phone number assigned in Microsoft Teams with international dialing access. I can call to the US or Canada. But I tried to call a Chinese mobile phone number and I failed.

A Chinese mobile phone number is like: 13612345678.

I added country code +86 before the number when dialing. but it was not working.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to dial a Chinese mobile phone number in Microsoft Teams? What kind of format I need to follow when dialing?
