I just purchased a Surface Pro X with LTE capabilities. I was told that it would function on the Sprint/TMobile network. It does not. I have tried both with a sim card and with the esim. Oddly, when selecting a carrier, Sprint is one of the options. Until you click on it and Sprint tells you they don't support the device.
Is there a fix? Can I return this and get my money back? Is there a carrier that this does work with in the US?
