ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY error while installing Windows 11

I'm trying to update my Windows 10 Home Single Language operation (ver. 21H1) to Windows 11 but I always got this ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY error and it's trying to roll back everything to Windows 10.
I have already updated my drivers, windows, and BIOS to the newest version as possible. Also, check the windows memory diagnostic, and seem not to have any error. In addition, I have tried to reset my PC already but it also has this type of error.

What I mean for resetting my PC is to delete everything on C's drive and then try to install Windows 11 again and it'll always get this error.

Hi,

Could we know the windows 11 feature update is deployed by SCCM or others? Please describe the problem in detail, if possible, we could attach a picture to explain, pay attention to erase privacy.
