Availability of an RDS farm with RDSH nodes in different subnets.

Hello everyone
There is a task to implement an RDS farm consisting of two nodes based on WS 2019.
Each RDSH node will be located in different subnets between data centers. RDCB will also be located on this node.
To increase availability and network load balancing, WNLB is supposed to be used for the RD Connection Broker and RD Web Access roles.
The database of the high-availability RDCB instance will be located on a separate SQL Server cluster.

Possible problems:
All NLB nodes must be in the same subnet, and we have two RDS nodes in different subnets, which means that the WNLB solution will not work.
Question: What solution in this case can be used when placing two nodes with the roles of RDSH and RDCB for balancing?
From the balancing side, I see only the DNS Round Robin option so far.

I would be grateful to colleagues if there are recommendations on this solution.

Thanks!
