Authenticator App deleted - no Backup - can't access codes

Hi!
I accidentally factory resetted my phone. I was using the Microsoft Authenticator App for Facebook and Kraken. I tried to log in with my usual outlook email address and recover all the information to the app. But when I do that is says that there has been no backup connect to this account.
Now I can't log into Facebook and Kraken, because they are sending codes to the Authenticator App but the App does not have the accounts liked to it. Can I disable the authenticator app in any way?
What do to?
I'd really appreciate your help!
