Search folder

Hi everyone

I have a problem..I have several search folder.

But one search folder doesn't work..and doesn't find emails.
I am sure I got emails from the specific email address.

How can I fix it?

Is this issue only related to a specific email address? Can you create a search folder related to other email addresses successfully?
In addition, when you search directly instead of searching folders, can you successfully search the corresponding emails?
What are the criteria for the search folder you created?

According to your description, I noticed that you want to search some emails related to the specific address. Did you configure several accounts in an profile? If so, please check if the account you choose to Search mail in is correct.

On this basis, if you created a custom search folder, please check if the folder that Mail from these folders will be included in this Search Folder is correct.

In addition, the wrong input of the email address will also lead to the failure to search the email. In addition, the wrong input of the e-mail address will also lead to the failure to search the e-mail. Please confirm that the email address you entered is correct.
