Updating Profile to reflect my Hitachi email address and mobile phone number

I have changed organisation and am trying to update my email and mobile number.

When I access the certification profile and edit the profile I am receiving the following error:

"90010703: We are unable to process your request. It looks like your profile is missing information and/or information is incorrectly entered. Please contact Customer Support and provide this error code number."
