How can i retrieve my MCSE 2003 transcript?

Dear Microsoft Team,

I have MCSE 2003 certification but I cannot login to my account. The email I used before to log in to my profile was,
AL20AHMAD@Karima ben .com
My full name is: AHMAD ALAHMAD
But I cannot access it any more, I need your help to log in to my profile and access my certifications, which are MCP, MCSA, MCSE
