We currently pay for our Microsoft 365 Business subscription through our internet provider who was bought out by another company recently and the service is horrific so we want to cancel with them. They say if we cancel our Microsoft subscription will also be cancelled and basically its lost we wont have any access to it after that but I did just find an article here that says the cancellation of an account goes through phases before being completely deleted. I guess I'm trying to confirm that we have time to update the billing information to reactivate the account before all is lost? I cant afford to lose anything in our Outlook since its linked to our company but I'm getting conflicting information. Our provider says I'll lose everything, the Microsoft article says I wont but Microsoft support says they have to research and get back to me. Can anyone else that has gone through this give me some feedback?
