- Please make sure the device meets the requirements in the following article:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-add-office365#before-you-start - Please check if we can see the two folders "Microsoft Office" and "Microsoft Office 15" appearing in the C:\Program Files directory of the device.
- Please check if there is any error message under Windows Logs > Applications in Windows Event Viewer.
